For a residential development in Dębno, we created a 3D architectural visualization and a promotional video that capture the unique character of this location: an intimate housing estate situated on a quiet, tree-lined street, directly at the Lake Lipowo.
Challenge:
The true selling point of this development is not the building itself, but its surroundings: peace and quiet, abundant greenery, and close proximity to nature, all while offering the comfort and convenience of modern living. The video therefore needed to tell a story not only about the architecture, but also about the lifestyle this location offers. While the supplied visualizations provided a solid starting point, they lacked shots that effectively showcased the relationship between the buildings and their natural surroundings.

Using advanced technologies and AI-driven tools, we enhanced the quality of the original visualizations and supplemented them with additional shots, particularly those highlighting the lush landscape and nearby lake. We then edited these materials into a cohesive film that takes the viewer from architectural details to sweeping views of the surrounding environment, creating a sense of tranquility and connection with nature.
