We created a visualization of a pioneering project – Prestia, Poland’s first senior residence. Our task was to create a presentation that would not only showcase the investment plans but also present a vision of a safe and fully-equipped place.
Challenge:
The project required maintaining fidelity to architectural designs and constraints set by the historic preservation officer. At the same time, we wanted to present a forward-looking vision of a multigenerational space where seniors could enjoy an active and peaceful life.
Our Solution:
We created a cohesive visual narrative that combines reality with a vision of the future. We used authentic photographs of Łódź and the building designated for revitalization, seamlessly interweaving them with provided architectural visualizations and interior designs. We added people, animals, objects, and furnishings to them. Thanks to thoughtful frame composition and dynamic editing, we created a story that naturally guides the viewer through the spaces and possibilities offered by the residence.
We also developed an original script and voice-over text that complements the visual layer and conveys key information about the residence. The result is more than just an investment presentation – it’s an emotional story about a place that is meant to become a true home.
